INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
Being a small business, we strive to create and deliver your things as soon as we can. If your order includes Ready to Ship items, it will ship in 3–10 business days. Products that are made to order will be shipped in two weeks. Please Note: Shipping may take a bit longer during holidays, busy sales periods, or internet purchases. We promise to always try our hardest to deliver within the allotted period! I appreciate your patience.
Please be aware that insurance is not included in your shipping cost. Please email info@chocobu.com if you would want your package insured. We will send you a quote and issue a separate invoice for any additional coverage you require. Please be aware that packages that haven't been dispatched are the only ones for which we can offer insurance. We are unable to provide insurance once the item has been dispatched.
The address you want to ship to: When checking out, please double-check your address. We are unable to issue a refund until the order is back in our hands if it is lost or returned to us due to an inaccurate address. Returning an item that was supplied to the incorrect address can occasionally take weeks, according to courier and shipping agencies.
Do you provide shipping to other countries?

PACKAGES LOST
Once a product is dispatched, ownership passes to the buyer from the courier provider you choose during checkout. Packages that are misplaced, kept, delayed, or damaged are not our responsibility. Your email will contain a tracking number as well as a purchase confirmation. Check your spam folder if you don't receive your tracking information. What happens if my shipment gets taken or lost?
