INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
Being a small business, we strive to create and deliver your things as soon as we can. If your order includes Ready to Ship items, it will ship in 3–10 business days. Products that are made to order will be shipped in two weeks. Please Note: Shipping may take a bit longer during holidays, busy sales periods, or internet purchases. We promise to always try our hardest to deliver within the allotted period! I appreciate your patience.
Please be aware that insurance is not included in your shipping cost. Please email info@chocobu.com if you would want your package insured. We will send you a quote and issue a separate invoice for any additional coverage you require. Please be aware that packages that haven't been dispatched are the only ones for which we can offer insurance. We are unable to provide insurance once the item has been dispatched.
The address you want to ship to: When checking out, please double-check your address. We are unable to issue a refund until the order is back in our hands if it is lost or returned to us due to an inaccurate address. Returning an item that was supplied to the incorrect address can occasionally take weeks, according to courier and shipping agencies.

PACKAGES LOST
Once a product is dispatched, ownership passes to the buyer from the courier provider you choose during checkout. Packages that are misplaced, kept, delayed, or damaged are not our responsibility. Your email will contain a tracking number as well as a purchase confirmation. Check your spam folder if you don't receive your tracking information. What is your Return Policy?
Items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 14 days, either by mail or In-store, with the original receipt or through electronic receipt lookup. Damaged or defective items can be returned in-store or online. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and Chocobu Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Returns by Mail:
If you receive a damaged item, please email info@itschocobu.com right away with your order number, photo, and item description. We will either replace or refund you for the item.
Fill out the Return Form, indicating the quantity, item number, and reason for your return(s).
Pack your item(s) securely with the Return Form included. Attach the prepaid UPS shipping label to the package. If you can't find the return form or prepaid label, contact the iTsChoCoBu customer services or info@itschocobu.com Customer Care Center for assistance. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or UPS Customer Center. Return shipping is free of charge. Once we receive and validate your return, we will process it and send you a notification email. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the confirmation email, but we aim to process them within 5 days after receiving your items at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
